With over 20 years of experience, Yosef Gutman is a seasoned leader in heavy equipment management, crew operations, drilling and mineral exploration. In particular, he has a strong background in alluvial Gold exploration, remote camp setup, and team building including success working in complex regulatory environments, whether with First Nations or government regulators.

Experienced corporate counsel to mining and real estate companies. In his 40 years of legal practice, he has worked with explorers and producers; private, public and stock market listed companies; privately funded, publicly funded or funded with debt, both secured and unsecured. His experience and strategic insight make him an invaluable asset in development and execution of the corporate plan and in managing the legal and financial challenges of the company.

Nicholas is a geophysicist and world leader in placer exploration, with over two decades of experience in mineral exploration around the globe. He earned his B.Sc. in Geophysics from the University of Calgary in 2006 and has since worked at more than 200 placer sites spanning North America, Mongolia, Sierra Leone, and beyond.

Nicholas has built a reputation for delivering practical, high-resolution subsurface insights using seismic surveys, placer drilling, detailed sampling, and grade modeling. His innovative exploration strategies have consistently helped clients reduce uncertainty, define pay zones, and optimize operations—regardless of scale.

Before focusing on placer mining, Nicholas worked with leading companies such as Newmont, Arctic Star Diamonds, Aurora Geoscience, and Baffinland Iron Mines. At Tesla Exploration, he contributed to the development of wireless seismic systems, marking a major advancement in geophysical fieldwork.

Now serving as President of West Coast Placer, Nicholas continues to advance the science of placer exploration. He combines field-proven techniques with forward-thinking innovations to support responsible, efficient, and profitable mining across the sector.

Brian has more than 15 years of experience in national and international capital markets and been instrumental in raising over $50 million for various firms. He has served on the Board and as the CEO and CFO for several public companies and is an active and committed member of the team. His experience and wide network of contacts will ensure that we will successfully raise the capital needed to significantly grow our mine.
